BreakThrough Mathematics is a series of professional learning courses that directly impact student achievement in K-12 mathematics. These courses utilize classroom video, professional readings and group discussion to improve teaching and learning, and deepen content knowledge through the analysis, planning, and implementation of classroom lessons.

The series offers 15 modules that focus on critical mathematics topics, and each module provides approximately 18 hours of participant learning over the course of three sessions. There are 2 types of courses available:
- A 3-Day Teacher-Leader Course that provides a first hand opportunity to experience the unique insights and collaborative dynamic that emerges from this professional learning structure.
- A 5-Day Facilitator Course that builds district capacity to deliver BreakThrough Mathematics modules and acquire the knowledge and skills to facilitate the professional learning on a wide scale.
