The Overview Booklet (PDF 1.2 MB) includes a foreword by Michael Fullan, and an introduction to the research behind the Toolkit.
The Toolkit Cards consist of 13 laminated Parameter Cards to be used in parameter selection and group work. An additional card, Who Are Your Adult Learners? is a flowchart that shows planning considerations and goals based on audience type. Take a look at these sample Toolkit Cards:
